Fancy Feet Dance Academy is excited to announce auditions for our two performance companies: Performance Group and Velocity Dance Company!
Whether your dancer is looking for fun performance opportunities in the community or is ready to take their training to the competitive level, we have a team for them.

Our recreational performance team for dancers ages 5+.
This team performs at exciting local venues including:

Our competitive team for dedicated dancers ready to level up their training.
Velocity dancers:

Ideal for passionate dancers who thrive in a goal-oriented, high-energy environment.

Perform in the 2026
CA State Fair
Performance Date: Sunday, July 19, 2026
Dancers are invited to perform their recital dance at the CA State Fair while wearing their June recital costume.
What’s included:
- Each participating dancer will receive 2 FREE fair tickets
Eligibility:
- A class must have at least 4 dancers registered to participate in order to perform and receive tickets
Important Dates:
- Sign-Up Deadline: July 1, 2026
- Notification Date: July 6, 2026
(Eligible classes will receive details on how to pick up tickets)
Kpop Demon Hunters Dance Party
Wed. May 27 at 6:00pm at East Sac location
K-Pop Dance Party Experience
Get ready for a high-energy evening of music, movement, and glam at our K-Pop Dance Party on May 27 from 6:00–7:30 PM in Studio E. This immersive event is designed for young dancers and K-Pop fans who want to step into the spotlight and experience the excitement of K-Pop culture.
Participants will enjoy a lively dance party featuring popular K-Pop hits, along with a special meet-and-greet with all three K-Pop stars. Each child will also receive a fun K-Pop-inspired makeover, adding to the full performance-ready experience.
Whether they’re learning new moves, posing with their favorite stars, or just dancing with friends, this event delivers a memorable, high-energy atmosphere from start to finish.

Bring the whole family and celebrate the season with face painting, dancing, music, and lots of family-friendly activities. Kids are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes and show them off on the dance floor!

River Park 4th of July Parade for dancers ages 2+
Learn a fun, easy parade routine and walk with Fancy Feet!
Rehearsals at East Sac studio
June 17 6:00-6:30pm
June 25 3:30-4:00pm
June 27 10:30am-11:00am
*Not required to attend rehearsals to be a part of the parade.
Arrive at 9:30am at Caleb Greenwood Elementary to line up for the parade.
Parents can walk along side dancers. (Dancers ages 2-4, parents required to walk alongside).
What to wear: recital costumes or blue, red, white colors!
