Lindsay has been dancing since the age of two. She is trained in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and hip-hop. She has a B.A. in Dance from San Francisco State University. She is certified in Progressing Ballet Technique, Integrative Yoga Therapy, and Zumba. 

She grew up dancing in Los Angeles where she performed at various locations including: Disneyland, Magic Mountain, the El Rey Theater, and numerous festivals and competitions throughout California. She was a member of San Francisco State's University Dance Theater Company where she performed at the American College Dance Festival.

She has taught children's dance, gymnastics and yoga classes in daycares, preschools, and elementary schools all throughout the Bay Area. Being a certified yoga instructor Lindsay makes sure your body is safe and happy and stresses the importance of proper alignment and technique. She loves being able to share her passion of movement and art and believes that anyone can dance no matter your age or skill level!
