Performance Group & Velocity
Performance Group is our recreational team for ages 5+ that performs at local venues throughout the season. Performances include: Sac Republic Half TIme, Sacramento River Cats games, and other local events.

Velocity Dance Team is the competitive dance team. The team is for dancers looking to take their training to the next level. Dancers compete at 3-4 competitions a year and attend 1-2 dance conventions. Dancers also have opportunities to attend master classes with renowned teachers.
