Dance Classes General Terms & Policies

Payment Options

  • Visa/MasterCard/American Express are accepted
  • Monthly fees are processed through a secure program called Studio Director. All clients are to have one card on file for auto pay.
  • Tuition is applied on the 1st of very month. All clients are required to sign up for auto pay.

Membership:

  • Membership is month to month until cancellation with a 15 day drop form is filled out at the front desk.
  • IF YOU ARE DROPPING YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE DROP FORM BELOW AND YOU MUST DROP A CLASS BY THE FIFTEENTH OF THE MONTH TO STOP THE AUTOMATIC PAYMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH.
  • We do not prorate months for missed days, holidays or school vacations.

Make-Up Classes:

  • 2 make-up classes within the same month are allowed
  • No refunds on registration fees.
  • Tuition must be current to schedule make-ups. 

Refund Policy:

Once your card or check has been charged for the month, there are no refunds.

Observing classes:

  • East Sacramento location 
    Parents may observe their child's class through the TV monitors located in the main building. 
  • Land Park location
    Parents may observe through zoom. 


DROP FORM

Class Cancellation Notice

To have your child removed from his/her dance class(s), a written notice must be provided to Fancy Feet.

You must fill out the bottom portion of this form and submit it by the 15th of current month, to be dropped for the upcoming billing cycle. For example, you wish to stop the automatic withdrawal as of August 1st, this cancellation form must ben turned in no later than July 15th.

The account holder is responsible for tuition payments, account charges and late fees incurred through the last day of the month a dancer is registered for regardless of attendance.
