Sacramento Dance Instructor

Jade is from Minnesota and began dancing at the age of two at her home studio Short Dance Studios. By seven she was competing and training in all styles of dance including jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, modern, and lyrical. On the competitive level, Jade has won numerous high point awards and title competitions over the years including grand national champion. At the age of twelve she began training at Ballet Royale Minnesota where she danced in their professional day division reaching the highest level of their program. Through Ballet Royale, Jade was able to dance with their professional company, Twin Cities Ballet, in their version of the Nutcracker performing roles such as Mirlitons, Chinese, Spanish, Courtiers, and Clara. Over the years she has trained at many esteemed summer ballet intensives including Kaatsbaan, American Ballet Theatre, Joffery, Houston Ballet, and Sacramento Ballet. Jade is currently apart of Sacramento Ballet’s second company as a trainee. 

Jade began teaching and choreographing at the age of fifteen at her home studio teaching technique, group dances, and solos/duets. She has taught in a diverse amount of styles including jazz, lyrical, ballet, modern, and acro. Jade believes dancing to be one of the top ways to express oneself while creating a safe environment for kids to be authentically who they are and is so happy to share her passion for dance at Fancy Feet.
