Sacramento Dance Instructor
Liz
Dance Instructor & Party Princess
Sept. 2024-Present
Miss Liz began dancing at just 2 years old, and has been in love with it ever since. She grew up dancing at Step by Step Dance Studio in upstate New York, where she trained in all styles, and performed at invitationals for The Kennedy Center and Carnegie Hall. She has had the privilege of learning from some of the best in the business, including choreographers from “So You Think You Can Dance” and Broadway. She studied Performing Arts at Dutchess Community College, and was part of many dance shows, as well as a variety of theatre and vocal performances.
After assistant teaching in high school and subsequently teaching, interning and gaining creative freedom as a choreographer in the following years, Miss Liz moved to Sacramento in the summer of 2016. Alongside her other creative pursuits since her big move, she has rejoined the dance world and has been teaching in Roseville since June of 2023. She is looking forward to continuing her teaching career closer to home at Fancy Feet Dance Academy.
Miss Liz is a multi-talented creative, and alongside dance, she grew up participating in theatre, choir, and even band (she played the clarinet)! Her other passions include making music as an independent singer/songwriter, reading *lots* of books, and spending time with her family. She has a big, beautiful dog named Diamond, and a super cool cat named Zuko - aside from her wonderful partner, Michael, they’re her best buds!
Miss Liz loves teaching, and this isn’t her first rodeo, so be sure to say hi and check out all she has to offer this season
- she would love to meet you :)
