Student Drop Off Time
Doors open and dancer backstage drop-off starts
30 minutes before your dancer's show time.Student Dismissal Time:
Dancers will be released back to their parent/guardian from the stage, immediately after the finale.
Get Measured
Students will be measured for the Holiday Show during the last 10 min of class. Grown-ups are invited to come into the classroom the last 10 min of their regular class time.
Sizing Week is August 10th-15th
It is important that your child is present as we begin to prepare for the recital.
- Your child will be sized using a sizing costume. They will put the sizing costume over their regular dance wear.
- You will be provided with our sizing recommendation and we suggest you check it against the costume size chart.
- You will be given a handout with the QR code to scan to purchase your recital package which includes the costume.

- If you are not able to get sized during sizing week. Please come into the East Sac studio before or after your child's class and visit the front desk.

Costume Exchange
Ordered the wrong size? No problem! Our Costume Exchange service allows you to request a different size for your dancer's costume.
A $20 Costume Exchange Fee is required for each costume being exchanged. This fee covers the processing, shipping, and handling costs associated with ordering a replacement costume.
Exchange Requirements
- Costume must be new, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Please return the costume in its original garment bag and packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to costume availability.
- The $20 exchange fee must be paid before a replacement costume will be ordered.
To help ensure your dancer receives the correct costume before performances, we encourage you to submit your exchange request as soon as possible after trying on the costume.
